Yoga Express

This class offers spicy and invigorating practice at a moderate pace suitable for any level of yoga experience. While all the yoga fundamentals are practised, experienced practitioners should come with a fresh mind as this class takes particular poses to a more advanced stage.
Yoga Flow

This general level class holds plenty of challenge and consists of the fundamentals of yoga postures, practising different yogic breathing techniques, and linking each movement with the breath. It builds strength, flexibility and cultivates awareness of the alignment of the body in poses, which is vital for balancing body and mind.
Candlelight Yoga

This is a delicious flow class held by candlelight as the week draws to a close. This class is suitable for all levels and incorporates a bit of energy generation before total relaxation.
Power Hour &
Happy Hour Yoga

Pregnancy Yoga

Who is this for: Expectant mothers from 14 weeks onwards
This is a specialised yoga class that emphasises poses to open hips and the front body to create space during pregnancy and birth, with attention given to yogic breathing techniques that will benefit your baby. We practice different yoga poses that will enable you to develop strength and flexibility and support you carrying and delivering your baby.
Mommy & Baby Yoga
Duration: 75 minutes
Ages: 6 weeks post-partum
Level: No previous yoga experience required
This is a very gentle class designed to encourage you to get moving again as you emerge from your maternal cocoon. It allows for bonding with your baby and introduces body and spatial awareness methods to aid your baby’s development.
Mommy & Toddler Yoga
Duration: 45 minutes
Ages: 3 year old toddlers
A great class to introduce the beautiful world of yoga to your toddler and capture their imagination. Benefits include deepening the parent/child relationship, improving body awareness, playfully relieving of stress and frustration, increasing your child’s attention span, providing an outlet for social interaction, and nurturing self-confidence and creativity.
