While our yoga teachers are from highly diverse backgrounds with a variety of training influences, they all share one thing – an absolute passion for yoga.
At our studio you can experience yoga instruction that is predominantly flow yoga, or hatha vinyasa, with influence from other hatha schools such as ashtanga and anusara and meditation along with more modern explorations of yoga such as Budokon, Forrest and Yin yoga.
We also specialise in pregnancy yoga, mommy & baby / toddler yoga, senior yoga and restorative yoga.
