This is the second in a series of three workshops hosted by Lucy Draper-Clarke.

Yin yoga is a wonderful bridge between yoga asana and mindfulness. The range of poses will help to stretch the fascia, increase the range of movement in the joints and release deeper blocks.

This style of yoga also invites us to maintain organ health and face challenges with grace. The mindfulness inherent in the practice draws body, heart and mind together, so that we learn to tap into our inherent wisdom and compassion. This guided workshop will take participants step-by-step through the principles of a mindfulness practice and is suitable for both beginning and more experienced meditators.

The practice encompasses the Three Excellences, or Noble Principles, taught in Buddhism: intention, practice and dedication.

Cost: R350 single workshop, R850 for all 3

Date: 16th March 6:30pm - 9:00pm
