Join this brand new class developed by Clara in the quest for a quality activity to do with her 8 year old daughter, Indigo, that they can both enjoy in a window of love and sharing while exercising and relaxing.
What can you expect?
To learn and practice yoga alongside your daughter including breathing exercises, yoga warm-ups, basic yoga poses that strengthen, stretch and balance you;
Play with partner yoga poses that you can do together which will deepen the stretch of a pose but also build in moments of laughter and playfulness;
We will play yoga games and read stories;
Each class will end with some quiet moments and a relaxation;
By practicing yoga alongside your daughter will build her self-esteem and confidence; you will both build self-awareness and learn together how to let go while nurturing sweet moments between you;
To build authentic emotional connection and leave the class calm and connected.
Arrive with no agenda for the class. Just 60 minutes of sacred time without any distractions.
